Where I'm most useful
The problem is messy and cross-functional. Something commercially important isn't working and the diagnosis is contested. There's no playbook, or the playbook stopped working and nobody has said so yet. The work requires both strategy and someone willing to build the thing.
What I'm looking for
Senior marketing leadership — VP Marketing, Marketing Director, Head of Marketing, or a revenue-architecture role by whatever name. Full-time or fractional. Minneapolis-based, remote-friendly.
What working with me looks like
I'll ask a lot of questions early, including some that sound naive on purpose. I'll tell you what the evidence supports and where I'm guessing. I'll build rather than delegate when building is faster. And I'll say when something doesn't make sense, which is usually the most valuable thing I do.
